This book was very engaging! Dani, Meg and Charlotte are longtime friends. As the years have passed their friendship has evolved as each of them takes on new roles in their lives, whether it is with their career or home life. 

With some convincing, Charlotte gets them to agree to take a weekend away for some me time, and to have fun with just the girls. But once they are there they all realize that a weekend just isn't long enough. Each woman faces their lives as they are and what they want them to be. And being together makes them all realize they have lost some of themselves along the way. 

The writing flows so smoothly and the storytelling is so strong, I enjoyed getting to know each of these characters.
